Hello ladies and gentlemen. I am embarking on my journey to find the souls interested in becoming class leaders. I'm sure those few who are familiar with raiding understand the term, but ESA may use it a little differently than what you are used to. Here are the things I expect a class leader to do:
(1) inform their other class players the directions and strategies within the battle. They also convey the important parts of Vent chat to those who are not able to get on Vent at that time for whatever really, really good reason.
(2) be an example to the others in their class and the ESA (and if you pug outside of ESA.) I want people to see your play and go, "that's someone who really wants to take the next step in skill and success."
(3) help your fellow class members. If someone has a question, you are there to answer it, and if you don't have the answer--by golly you can find it for them or settle on one.
Class leaders help form the bond and keep the bridges strong between their class members, and it allows for a more thorough approach as the raid leader and officers may miss something. Also the raid leaders have a lot going on during raids, and can't always answer the questions promptly or as thoroughly as desired. Class leaders can do this.
If you are interested in becoming a class leader or have a suggestion for someone, please PM me on the forums here. Thank you.
