Just throwing this out here...
Don't ask me when a raid starts. I've never once not put the starting time in the sign-up thread. I will ignore you when you ask this. If you ask me again, I might be snarky. If you ask me a third time, you may lose your spot.
Don't rush me. I go at my own pace, and when I am influenced by others to go quicker, then I miss things and that's when we usually lose more than we should. If things are moving too slow for you, we have reserves. I hate being rushed, and it's my place to go at my pace. Thrall has too many endgame guilds for you to stay and rush me if we're not moving at your speed. TRUST ME, I realize that we're going slower, but if that means that in time we go faster, then I'm going to do it. We didn't beat ZG in a day, it took time. Same with MC, same with Ony, BWL, and the future BC instances we do.
I don't mind people signing up on a "hunch" they'll come, but you tell me it's a hunch. Tell me for whatever reason why you might not be there and why you might be late. It slows all of us down if we have to wait an hour because everyone is there on a "hunch"; if you give me a reason I don't have to wait and then I don't have to be angry. Help me out a little.
Don't leave or hearth at the end of a raid until I call it. This gets me flaming raging unextinguishably angry. For one reason, someone talks me into "another go", another reason is "we may go after another boss." A third reason is it's very rude. I'm not going to sit there and prolong the raid just to spite you, so be kind and wait until I officially call it.
You guys are amazing players and people, but these are the things I see that need to be fixed. And be sure, I've had tons of things I could fix and I'm always working on being a better leader to you guys. It's a two-sided coin; help me to help you.
